**Position**: Sales Manager

**Location**: Portugal (Remote)

We are an innovative blockchain startup on a mission to bring cutting-edge software solutions to organizations across Europe. With a talented and geographically dispersed team, we are leading the way in bringing blockchain technology to a wider audience, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager to help us expand our reach.

As our next Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company and contributing to our mission of becoming leaders in the blockchain market. With a proven track record of successful software sales and a strong understanding of the sales process, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds our targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients, including public administration (municipalities), medium and large companies, associations, and organizations (including political parties and trade unions)
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful technology sales, with experience selling to public administration, medium and large companies, associations, and organizations
- Strong understanding of the software sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently
- Fluent in Portuguese, with very good spoken and written English (C1)
