**AYMING**, leader international de conseil en performance des entreprises dans le domaine des ressources humaines, de l’innovation et de la fiscalité, recherche ses futurs **Sales Developement Representative** (SDR) à **Lisbonne.**

Nous accompagnons nos clients au travers de 3 solutions: consulting, services managés et digital.

**Votre Job - Les missions qui vous seront confiées quand vous intégrerez les équipes d’Ayming**:

- Être le premier point de contact et prospecter de nouveaux clients auprès d’une population de décisionnaires (Directeurs Financiers, DRH, Directeurs prévention, ) et prendre des RDV ciblés;
- Pour cela, qualifier les prospects avant les RDV, déterminer la stratégie d'approche puis réaliser la prise de contact;
- Mettre à jour les informations dans les outils adhoc et notamment Salesforce et assurer le reporting auprès de votre manager;
**Dans quels environnements vous interviendrez ?**

Prospection téléphonique - Commercial - B2B - Sales - Business Development

**Vous avez**:

- Idéalement une première expérience réussie dans la prospection téléphonique (appels sortants) en B to B
- La fibre commerciale
- Maîtrise parfaite de la langue française
- Connaissance de Salesforce

**Vous êtes**:

- A l'écoute, dynamique, enthousiaste, pugnace
- Animé par les challenges, les défis et la performance
- Doué pour chasser, développer et négocier
- Doté d'un excellent relationnel, d'une bonne élocution et d'une très bonne aisance téléphonique
- En capacité d'interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau sur des solutions techniques
