**Service Desk Analyst**

**O teu propósito na Bravantic**

Integrando o Departamento de Managed Services, terás como propósito garantir a operação normal de todos os serviços e aplicações dos utilizadores o mais rápido possível, minimizando o impacto para o negócio causado por falhas de TI.

**As tuas principais responsabilidades**
- Atendimento e triagem de chamadas provenientes do cliente;
- Salvaguardar a resolução/encaminhamento de tickets para as áreas responsáveis;
- Criação/manutenção de checklists cirúrgicas para a resolução de problemas conhecidos/recorrentes;
- Instalar ou alterar software para corrigir problemas técnicos;
- Aceder remotamente às máquinas do cliente para fazer alterações e corrigir problemas;
- Diagnosticar erros de sistema e outros problemas informáticos.

**O perfil que procuramos**
- Formação académica nas áreas de TI ou equivalente;
- Experiência profissional na resolução de tickets de carácter técnico em ambiente Windows;
- Experiência com OTRS ou ferramentas similares de ticketing (valorizável);
- Fluência em Inglês;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
