**About the role - What’s your purpose?**
Signal AI, the A.I.powered platform for corporate reputation and risk intelligence, is seeking a Deal Desk & Enablement analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.
In this crucial role, you’ll act as a primary contact for our global commercial teams, providing support with deal structuring, sales processes, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will lead training sessions on systems and processes, enabling teams to work effectively and efficiently, and manage vendor relationships to maintain the smooth operation of our key commercial tools. The role requires a 12-8pm work schedule to ensure support for our US based teams.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What you will be doing**:
You’ll work with the commercial teams to:
- Provide operational support to our global commercial teams, helping them with sales deal structures and processes
- Monitor Revops support tickets in Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to identify solutions for common quoting and contracting issues
- Track and analyse performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process or tool enhancements to improve commercial outcomes
- Develop and conduct systems and process refresher training
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships with our systems account managers

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively. Ability to create compelling process content and deliver effective training sessions
- Effective problem-solving skills - Aptitude for identifying problems quickly and developing effective solutions collaboratively
- Exceptional Organisational Skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely completion and success.
- Technical proficiency - Proficiency in using CRM and sales software and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Adaptability and willingness to drive continuous improvement

- 2-3 years experience working closely with commercial teams (e.g., sales, revenue operations) and supporting deal desk operations
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
