As a Renewals Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of their clients, while also leading a small team of three dedicated professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with national and international clients.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the renewal process.

Understand clients' specific needs and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling their services.

Renewals and Revenue Optimization:
Lead the renewals process, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.

Develop strategies to increase renewal rates and maximize revenue from existing clients.

Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to identify expansion opportunities within the client base.

Team Management:
Supervise and mentor a small team of three Renewals Specialists.

Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure team motivation and productivity.

Reporting and Analytics:
Monitor and analyze key renewal metrics, such as renewal rates, churn, and revenue growth.

Generate reports and provide insights to senior management regarding the health of the renewals pipeline.

Identify trends and patterns to improve the renewal process and drive customer success.

Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance the renewal process to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.

Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of renewal-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in renewals management or account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimization.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- Availability for occasional national and international travel, as required.
