Renewal Account Manager Customer Retention

A Telesales role requires phone sales experience, a strong capacity for argumentation and persuasion, as well as customer orientation and the needs of their business. The main focus of the function is work our customers to renew, retain and promote Migration, Cross-selling, UP-Selling. Be able to work with ambitious goals and achieve them with high performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Present Sage solutions to customers and prospects by phone, identify customer needs and fit them into sage solutions;
- Manage pipeline and raise sales;
- Update records and customer information;
- Customer loyalty and retention
Must be:
- Telephone Sales experience
- Inter Interpersonal relationship and teamwork
- Capacity for persuasion and negotiation
- Initiative and results orientation
- Organizational capacity, autonomy and adaptability to changes
Valuable:
- English Proficiency
- Strong IT knowledge from a user's perspective
