Multinacional do setor da indústria autómovel procura um Customer Relationship Manager em Lisboa.
A sua nova função
Com reporte ao Diretor do Shared Services este profissional será responsável por monitorizar e acompanhar os níveis de serviço de forma a indentificar problemas e posteriormente identificar estratégias de melhoria. Acompanhará as áreas de supply chain, finanças e RH. Trabalhará paralelamente com várias equipas multidisciplinares de forma a desenvolver novos métodos e procedimentos. Além disso será responsável por planear e desenvolver estratégia de comunicação de forma a partilhar as diretrizer definidas.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Formação em gestão, engenharia ou similar. Experiência em shared services ou contact centers. Experiência em gestão de projectos ou outras funções similares.
O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer
Trabalhar em paralelo com o VP na definiçao da estratégia. Possibilidade de crescimento numa empresa multinacional. Formação contínua.
