**YOUR ROLE**:

- Provide technical support, addressing inquiries about our product, hardware, or software issues, troubleshooting, and managing repair requests.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers through various channels.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Process and record requests, orders, tickets, etc., within specified time limits.
- Maintain respectful communication following established procedures and policies.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and actively contribute to finding solutions.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations.
- Ambitious and eager to collaborate with team members.
- Well-organized with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Over 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Technical Support.
- Reliable and forward-thinking mindset.
- Nice-to-have: 6 months' experience in a Technical Support role.
- Fluent in French.
- English proficiency at B2 level.

Pay: 1,210.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
