**Insurance Claims Handler**

- A permanent contract and generous benefits package, including pensions plan, health and life insurance;
- For the initial 3 months it's required to work from the office. After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.

**We will count on you to**:

- Work directly with one of Marsh's international account;
- Evaluate claims related to consumer credit;
- Follow up processes in order to cover, decline or ask for more documentation in order to re-evaluate;
- Respond to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers;
- Track client and product order information and logs client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in relevant field such as Psychology, Law, Management, or similar;
- Have a detail oriented and organized profile;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
