We are seeking a Claims Administrator to support our team in Brussels. This role involves providing efficient, high-quality administrative services to manage claims administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, profiling, issuing documentation, and mailbox monitoring.
  • Accurate, timely, and efficient data entry and quality checking of claims information as per Hiscox standards.
  • Opening new 'accounts' for each claim into the system to facilitate efficient processing.
  • Preparing payments and invoices in the system.
  • Printing, processing, and dispatching standard letters and emails as required.
  • Managing borderaus for our European MGA business.
  • Data cleansing and mass change processing projects.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to respond to queries within deadlines.
  • Providing customer-focused support to brokers and clients.
  • Covering absences and peak workloads to support other teams.
  • Contributing to technical support and procedural best practice.

Your Profile:

  • Baccalauréat or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Customer Focus and Organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and accuracy.
  • Good IT skills.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position with attractive remuneration consisting of fixed and variable components. You will also enjoy many social benefits, including pension plans and travel allowances. Work-life balance is promoted through home office options and sabbaticals.

Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
