Insurance Policy Support Specialist

As a valued member of our team at Minacs, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment providing top-notch customer service to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients with their insurance policies, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our company.
With a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, this role offers an attractive compensation package for the right candidate. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who can provide excellent customer service skills to clients via telephone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, or chat
- Support clients with their insurance policies, resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Process requests from clients, including policy changes and claims
- Manage client data and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluent German language skills (C2 level) and English language skills (B2 level)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
