About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Romanian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a customer support advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via telephone or chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat
- Process customer requests through our client policy administration system
- Index and electronically archive documents using our document management tool
- Handle policy change requests and update payment details
- Make claims and cancel requests

Requirements
- Native or proficient in Romanian (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
- Previous customer experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and writing skills, with a formal and diplomatic stance
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
- Non-EU resident with a valid work permit
