About the Role:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:
- Fluency in Romanian and very good use of English, both written and spoken
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently
