Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service and support.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with indefinite contracts, offering a competitive salary and performance bonus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing information to clients regarding their insurance policies via telephone or chat.
  • Processing requests and updating policy details in our client policy administration system.
  • Managing policy change requests, claims, and cancellations.

You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high level of German language proficiency (C2) and fluent English (B2).
  • Prior customer service experience, although not required.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, as well as a formal and diplomatic stance.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a strong team player mentality.

Estimated Salary: €28,000 - €38,000 per year, depending on experience.
