Gigroup is a company that provides personal insurance solutions. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Insurance Support Administrative Coordinator.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is between €45,000 to €60,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits including meal allowance, individual bonus, quarterly bonus, transport allowance, and health and disability insurance.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing customer claims, liaising with insurance companies, clients, and service providers via telephone and email. You will also coordinate the direct billing process with international providers, handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide, and process e-claims and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Native or fluent French language skills
- Previous experience in insurance in the medical sector in an international environment (preferable)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Service-oriented approach
- Excellent attention to detail
Work Environment
This role involves working rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday with possible extra work during Saturdays. The location is Lisbon, Portugal, at Av. 5 de Outubro.
