**Your Mission**:
Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Junior Learning Business Partner to be part of the Learning & Development team.

**Your Role**:

- Supports the training needs analysis and coordinates the overall training and development plan to address business requirements;
- Monitors development initiatives to support and improve business results;
- Ensures the alignment of the training programs with the internal initiatives developed by the Human Resources department;
- Assists in the development, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives to support ongoing improvements in product knowledge; sales processes and methodology; coaching and leadership;
- Validates course materials;
- Works with different stakeholders and external suppliers to design online training;
- Monitors and evaluates the training program’s effectiveness and report them to senior management;

**Your Profile**:

- Used to administrative tasks and knowledge of SIGO platform;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
- Fluent in English;
- Proactive;
- Organized;
- Results-oriented;
- Responsible;
- Good autonomy skills;
- Team oriented.
