**About the role**

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and help us run the company's daily administrative operations.

Undertaking various office support tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments and being the point of contact with our office suppliers, you will be responsible for guaranteeing a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

**Your role**
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**
- Based in Porto, Portugal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and in English, spoken and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Great work ethic and a willingness to succeed and learn
- Be excited to work in a culture that encourages development and learning in an open transparent environment.

**It will be a plus if you**
- Have worked in a fast-paced, growing environment, preferably in a technology company;
