Team Leader for Customer Support

**_We are looking for an experienced Spanish Portuguese and English speaker to join our team as a team leader for Customer Support in Matosinhos, Porto_**

**_ Your duties:_**
- Support the Operations Manager in the daily business
- Main point of contact for our client as well as for the team
- Motivate and coach the team and ensure performance goals are met
- Control KPIs and ensure their achievement
- Develop procedures to enhance productivity and performance according to business needs and requirements
- Increase quality measures and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify team member’s training needs and ensure development plans are maintained for all team members
- Prepare and implement meetings and team member appraisals
- Create statistics and bespoke reporting

**_ Your skills:_**
- Proven experience of working in a call center environment in a team lead position
- Native in Spanish and English or C2 level. Additional languages a plus.
- Confident, friendly and professional manner
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to change
- Determined, flexible, reliable and a team player
- Assertive and with a strong affinity for numbers
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
