The Bosch unit in Ovar belongs to the Building Technologies division and is focused on bringing solutions to the market that are shaping the smart cities of the future. The company develops and produces innovative solutions for security and communication systems, fire alarms, electronic displays, robotic lawn mower & E-bike components. With about 1.200 employees, its success lies in the highly specialized and innovative team and technological know-how.

**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:

- Responsible for planning and performing executive support and administrative services of a confidential nature.
- Act as a project manager for special initiatives as assigned by senior VP.
- Read, research, route senior VP’s correspondence, meeting requests and other time commitments.
- Coordinate key business meetings and events (mainly EMEA region).
- Responsible for travel coordination (planning, booking, visa, A1 certificates, etc.) and expense reports.
- Support in preparing presentations
- Responsible for general administrative tasks: booking rooms, order catering, prepare invitation letter, purchase office materials, etc.
- Responsible for time management of all Grasbrunn located associates of BT-CO (apprx. 15 FTE)

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Language skills: English (must), German (preferred)
- Must be able to accommodate quick changes in work priorities and schedules.
- Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information.
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills specifically using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently
