A **Direção de Gestão de Segmento PME**, da EDP Comercial, está em forte expansão e procura reforçar as suas equipas no Porto. Sendo uma equipa com responsabilidades de gestão de canais comerciais, tem como objetivo liderar as vendas de energia e serviços de energia para clientes do segmento PME´s.

**Descritivo de Funções**:

- Análise técnica e financeira para viabilidade das propostas de produtos de serviços, adjudicadas pelas equipas comerciais, para validação, pedido de cotações e criação de processo de obra;
- Apoio na elaboração e reformulação de propostas às equipas de comerciais;
- Melhoria continua nos processos da equipa;
- Apoio técnico em visitas a clientes e prestadores de serviço;
- Elaboração de material para formações aos prestadores de serviço e equipas comerciais
- Manter-se informado quanto às alterações regulatórias, inclusivamente quanto regras técnicas do sector;
- Colaborar na avaliação e seleção de equipamentos e fornecedores, de forma a maximizar a qualidade e competitividade da oferta;
- Gestão e acompanhamento de SLA’s de prestadores de serviço.

**Que tipo de perfil procuramos?**
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia;
- Experiência profissional superior a 3 anos em funções similares;
- Bons conhecimentos em excel e de ferramentas analíticas e colaborativas ao nível do utilizador (Power BI, Microsoft Teams);
- Valorizam-se conhecimentos em UiPath
- Forte capacidade para criar empatia e ligação com os prestadores de serviço;
- Orientação para a concretização de objetivos e sentido de urgência;
- Resistência ao stress;
- Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
- Carta de condução;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações no país.
