**JOB DESCRIPTION**
In the Customer Success Management team you will be responsible for, namely, commercial management of our clients, proposals and lead qualification.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the follow up of our customers in order to ensure their satisfaction;
- Identify business opportunities in existing customers as well as in leads generated through our dissemination platforms;
- Keep our CRM (Sales Force) and process tracking tables up to date.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Academic Background: Degree, Master’s Degree or Post-Graduation in Communication or similars;
- Know-how of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Analytical thinking, problem management and client-orientation;
- Autonomy, dynamism, organization and rigor;
- Fluency in English.
