Our ETD (Equipment, Trading & Distribution) Business Line is looking for an Executive Assistant, who will have the following responsibilities:

- In charge of the Head of ETD Agenda;
- Support BL’s Senior Managers;
- In charge of the BL meetings logistic, invitations, meetings rooms, attendance follow-up, documents’ consolidation, and preparation;
- Interface with Operations & Services for meetings coordination;
- Responsible for business travels;
- Monitor BL travel costs and do the periodical reporting;
- Monitor travel roster of team members;
- Support the Head of ETD on filing expenses reports and another admin stuff;
- Support the organization of Seminars/ BL Event;
- In charge of the BL events and team building logistic (program, hotels, flights, etc.);
- Interface with Communication Department to support internal BL promotion initiatives;
- Coordinate BL Communication with O&S.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Graduate from Administrative/ Secretary School (not mandatory);
- Able to report meetings in writing (MOM);
- Knowledge of Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio etc);
- Fluent in English and French;
- Spanish or Italian is a plus.
