**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Establish an efficient, courteous and personalized contact with customers by telephone, _**in Italian and English**_
- Convert calls into reservations using positive sales and marketing techniques
- Provide efficient and accurate information and assistance to the clients, offering them a solution adapted to their needs
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with the project’s partners.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Italian**:

- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- **Experience in sales by phone and messages**:

- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

**Recruitment process**
