**O CARGO**: Procuramos um #TechTalent para desempenhar funções enquanto
**Helpdesk and Field Support **num projeto de grande dimensão.

**O TEU DIA A DIA**:

- Diagnosticar e/ou ultrapassar anomalias de acordo com as diferentes bases tecnológicas, nomeadamente informática (software e hardware) reportados pelos utilizadores locais
- Apoiar os utilizadores na utilização de equipamentos informáticos (Impressoras, Salas de vídeo conferencia)
- Colaborar na implementação de projetos tecnológicos e de novos equipamentos
- Supervisionar os equipamentos e tecnologias com vista a manter os standards de controlo de processo, de segurança e a qualidade dos produtos
- Comunicar com vários interlocutores com os mais diversos perfis ((Administração, Diretores, Negócio, Engenharia, etc.)

**O QUE PROCURAMOS**:

- Formação superior na área de IT
- Mais de 3 anos de experiência em Field Support (suporte primeira linha ao utilizador no local)
- Experiência em diagnosticar e/ou ultrapassar anomalias de acordo com as diferentes bases tecnológicas, nomeadamente informática (software e hardware) reportados pelos utilizadores locais
- Experiência em Customer Support
- Capacidade para entender vários sistemas e equipamentos distintos, as suas funcionalidades e onde se enquadram num ecossistema
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e de trabalho em equipa
- Proatividade em propor soluções para problemas
- Proatividade em sugerir melhorias nas plataformas e/ou ferramentas para ajudar no trabalho do dia a dia
- Capaz de adaptar o discurso aos vários interlocutores com quem interage no dia à dia (Administração, Diretores, Negócio, Engenharia, etc.)
- Disponibilidade para realizar prevenção on-call
