**SALES POINTS' PLANNING MANAGER** for relevant Spanish client project, specialist in implementation and event management.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Reporting to Portugal’s Project Manager it will be responsible for planning all activation at tobacco outlets. Underneath it will have about 4 coordinators and a high volume of promoters. Direct dialogue with the client in terms of planning and reporting. Main responsabilities are:
- Planning and coordination of field teams to meet project objectives;
- Control of the execution of actions in his area;
- Administrative management, analyze data for the realization of quantitative and qualitative reports of the actions;
- Contribute with new ideas and creative and innovative proposals;
- Look after the interests of the client and the brand;
- Management, contact and monitoring of the field work teams in your area (approximately 4 coordinators and 40 promoters);
- Detection of needs within the account;
- Troubleshooting / Problem solving.
**PROFILE**
- Degree in Managment or Marketing (will be valued);
- + than 3 years experience as project manager;
- Experience in the tobacco sector will be highly valued;
- **High level of Excel**;
- Portuguese and English, Spanish will be valued;
- Analytical skills, team management, goal and results orientation | Good communication with the client | Tolerance and stress management.
