Empresa Francesa de renome pretende reforçar a sua equipa com um profissional Telesales Specialist (M/F/d), responsável pelo desenvolvimento de contactos outbound, com reporte direto à Head da área de Telesales.
A sua nova função
O profissional a recrutar terá como principais responsabilidades:
Elaboração de propostas para clientes;
Qualificação de leads de campanhas de marketing como oportunidades de vendas;
Contactar clientes através de cold/warm calls;
Desenvolver ações de retenção de clientes e conquistar antigos;
Report dos resultados de vendas ao head da área;
Identificar necessidades do cliente e sugerir serviços mais indicados.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
**Procuramos alguém que reúna os seguintes requisitos**:
Ensino secundário completo (obrigatório);
1 ou 2 anos de experiência em inbound e/ou outbound calls;
Demonstrar capacidade de orientação para cliente e resolução de problemas;
Boas competências a nível de conversação e persuasão;
Bons conhecimentos de Excel e CRM (preferencial).
