Business Development Assistant

**Summary**
Exchange My Car is a UK based technology led vehicle selling platform which joins car sellers with vetted buyers. After a significant growth period over the last 12 months, we require a successful business development assistant to join our growing team.
The role will be focused on expanding our partner base through tried and tested methods, whilst also managing our existing partners to ensure a high-quality service.
Full training will be provided. This role is a full time Monday to Friday position with a lot of scope for growth within the company.
This is a remote role and will require the applicant to have a suitable office space available to work effectively.
**Responsibilities**
- Source, onboard and manage strategic partners
- Optimise processes to increase conversion rate
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement and deliver a reliable forecast on an ongoing basis
- Build rapport and manage relationships
- Monitor, analyse and report on partners performance
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English (required)
- Prior experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales or Marketing (required)
- Relationship management / Account management experience (nice to have)
- Automotive related experience (nice to have)
- Dealing with high level professionals (director level)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sharp negotiation and sales skills
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Software literate with spreadsheets and word processing
- Motivated and self driven
Pay: 900.00€ - 1,150.00€ per month
