**Intro**

The Data-Driven Live Ops Manager is a master of data and games, leveraging insights to maximize the potential of shared platform features across multiple games/accounts. You excel at creating a feedback loop that continuously optimizes player experiences based on data analysis.

You can remotely configure and fine-tune these elements from cross-promotion to notifications, store experience, rewarded retry, promotions, daily challenges, and leaderboards. Collaborating closely with platform engineering and design, they identify new features and tools to drive scalable game growth, all rooted in data-driven decision-making.

Reporting to the VP of product experience, the Data-Driven Live Ops Manager aims to enhance player engagement and monetization across the game catalogue, delivering the best experiences for every player.

**Challenges & Responsibilities**
- Deliver game catalogue growth by managing and optimizing platform products through multivariate testing across channels.
- Analyze & report all initiatives and experiments against targets.
- Deliver the best experience, for any audience, on any channel.
- Collaborate with the development team on what new features to add next.
- Collaborate with the Game Product Managers & game stakeholders to understand and execute on delivering game optimization.
- Champion the improvements of tools for the benefit of Live Operations efficiency
- Benchmark and analyze Live ops best practices in the industry.

**We are looking for someone with the following**:

- Experience working on a live game operated as a service
- 1-2 years of experience in f2p Games, ideally instant games.
- Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency in reading and understanding data
- Complete fluency in English, both written and orally

**If you also have these experiences, it will be a bonus**:

- Basic knowledge of programming
- Data analysis
- Experience in User Acquisition
