Job description/specification
We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team and be involved in the recruitment and selection processes.
The position will be based in the city of Maia in Portugal.
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes during high workload situations;
- Administrative | Admissions & Labor Relationships:
- Perform administrative tasks related to the admission, mobility, and dismissal of employees;
- Organize, coordinate, and assist in the onboarding process for new employees:
- Conduct attendance control, vacation management, and prepare information for salary processing;
- Address and resolve day-to-day inquiries from employees regarding vacations, salaries, absences, and other HR-related matters;
- Organize, coordinate, and assist in the execution of the employee training plan;
- Manage IEFP and other internship programs.
Must Have
- HR Knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience;
- Experience in recruitment;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Teamwork and collaboration spirit;
- Fluent in English.

- Technology proficiency.
