**About the Job**

At Mindera we are continuously developing a fantastic Team and would love you to join us. As an Office & People Operations Team member you will have a love for people combined with a strong strategic and planning skill set, actively participating in the cohesive and smooth run of the office.

At this position, you will join the Office Admin Team that focuses mainly on logistic tasks such as Facilities and Office management, Purchases, keeping an Inventory of the Equipment, Booking Travels as well as driving and/or participating in Cultural, Learning and Social Community initiatives. All these activities will lead you to interact with everyone in the company and outside Mindera.

Being able to put people first is key for this role: communication, trust and collaborative work with the Operations team, will be as relevant as any other skills, capability or experience.

You will be contributing to the decision making process that will ensure business sustainability, development and the pursuit of the team and organisation’s purpose.

We would like to highlight that this position is based at our Oporto office and requires working onsite.

National and international expected travelling time: 0%-15% estimated.
