Medical Leave Replacement
Our Sales team in Portugal is looking for a Beauty Advice & Merchandising Associate for temporary coverage to work closely with the main beauty retailers in Portugal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The mission of the Beauty Advice and Merchandising is to sell products and to ensure the full implementation of Coty’s strategy in the assigned area, maximizing opportunities, strengthening the position of our brands, and driving our growth.

**Your main focus**:
Perfect store implementation Being always outstanding in key doors.
Ensuring planograms implementation in the main Portuguese retailers in the Beauty industry
Overseeing and ensuring the implementation of the trade visibility plan negotiated with the main beauty industry retailers.
Detecting and reporting issues with permanent stands (missing modules, damages, etc) and all activities in point of sale
Completing all reports template requested by HQ.
**Following-up on all KPIs set at point of sale (among others**: OOS, missing testers, coty products visibility on Shelf and actively working to ensure their improvement.
Collecting and reporting client’s feedbacks to develop action plans.
Be aware of the category trends and report competition activities/initiatives.
Detecting opportunities to improve the image and performance of our brands by getting permanent space improvements and secondary placements
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Meet sales targets and outcomes within schedule

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work with analytics, negotiation, and sales customer-oriented people. As a Beauty Advice and Merchandising, you are able to effectively influence, and challenge internal and external contacts and get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

**We search for a professional with**:
College graduation
1-2 years in a similar position; Experience in selling
Knowledge of the Beauty Industry is a plus.
Driver’s License
Availability to travel 80% of the time between Center - South Portugal
IT and reporting skills.
**Languages**: fluency in Portuguese, English is a plus.
Relationship skills.
Initiative, problem solving, and team player.
