Savills Portugal is currently undergoing a strong growth and intends to reinforce its team with the integration of an Administrative Assistant for its office in Lisbon, to support our Consultancy & Valuations Department.
**Key tasks/ activities**:
- Administrative support to the Consultancy & Valuations Department;
- Ensure compliance with internal standards;
- Provide administrative support, namely database updates, preparation of presentations and assistance to commercial colleagues and department Directors;
- Other tasks inherent to this position.
**Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired**:
- Previous experience in Real Estate will be valued;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ease of interpersonal relationship;
- Good communication skills;
- Attention to detail and organization;
- Good time management and prioritization skills; Good presentation skills.
