Wir suchen aktuell nach deutschsprachigen Kundenberatern, die kurzfristig in der malerischen Stadt Porto, im Norden Portugals, beruflich durchstarten wollen.
**Zum Aufgabenfeld**:
- Begrüßung der Kunden auf höfliche, freundliche und professionelle Weise unter Anwendung vereinbarter Verfahren
- Als First Level Agent nimmst du eingehende Anrufe entgegen und bearbeitest lösungsorientiert jedes Kundenproblem
- Du bist nicht nur Schnittstelle zu privaten Endkunden sondern kommunizierst auch im B2B-Umfeld mit Geschäftskunden
- Du bearbeitest die Kundenfälle nicht nur reaktiv sondern bist auch bereit, die Produktpalette proaktiv anzubieten und erweiterst somit die "Customer-Journey"
- Du stellst sicher, dass die für unsere Kunden erbrachten Dienstleistungen die vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungsindikatoren ("KPIs") erfüllen

- Grundlegende Kenntnisse über die Produkte und/oder Dienstleistungen aufrechterhalten

- Teilnahme an Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Unternehmensleistung
