O grupo AP Hotels & Resorts encontra-se em fase de recrutamento de profissional na área Comercial com base em Lisboa. O Business Development Manager será responsável por impulsionar o crescimento do grupo AP HOTELS & RESORTS, nos segmentos MICE & Corporate, através da identificação e da obtenção de novas oportunidades de negócio. A função envolve a criação de relações sólidas com potenciais clientes, a negociação de contratos com agencias, empresas e DMC nacionais e internacionais, bem como a manutenção de relações e portfólio de clientes já existentes. Igualmente pretende-se a participação na elaboração de iniciativas estratégicas para aumentar as receitas em todos os sectores das operações do hotel. Principais Responsabilidades: - Atividades de prospecção proativa com o objetivo de construir e manter a carteira de clientes já existente, de forma a atingir e ultrapassar os objetivos de vendas de forma consistente;
- Representação do Grupo AP Hotels & resorts em feiras e eventos do segmento MICE a nível nacional e internacional;
- Aumentar a contratação do segmento empresarial / corporativo;
- Elaborar plano de visitas comerciais / sales calls;
- Assegurar a realização de visitas de inspeção de clientes aos hotéis quando necessário;
- Realizar follow ups / manter contato com as empresas ou agencias que representem oportunidades de negócio;
- Acompanhar os clientes e prospects do dia a dia, desenvolvendo relações e estabelecendo laços de confiança;
- Contribuir para a definição e implementação da estratégia de vendas da empresa;
- Representar no mercado os valores da empresa de forma responsável e com confiança;
- Realizar estudos de mercado para identificar potenciais oportunidades de negócio e tendências no sector da hotelaria;
- Preparar relatórios periódicos sobre as atividades de desenvolvimento comercial, incluindo números de vendas e conversões de leads; Requisitos da função: - Licenciatura em área de turismo / gestão hoteleira, hospitalidade, gestão ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência profissional comprovada mínima de 3 anos em função semelhante;
- Bons conhecimentos informáticos na ótica do utilizador sendo importante conhecimentos em PMS - HOST preferencialmente;
- Domínio de línguas estrangeiras (Inglês Obrigatório);
- Capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
- Rigor e comprometimento com o trabalho;
- Forte apetência profissional para o trabalho em equipa;
