As a **Business Development Manager** at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, market expansion in **Europe**, bringing new business to EdgeUno especially focusing on **Connectivity, IP Transit**. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the telecom industry. You will leverage your knowledge of the sales process and your extensive network to generate new business opportunities. The role requires a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and managing a high-performing sales pipeline, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop positive relationships with ISPs, telecom, content owners and distributors, IT, data center, data transport and data security clients.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers, working closely with internal teams.
- Increase sales through effective funnel development, pipeline management, and successful deal closures.
- Set and track sales account targets that align with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Account Executive, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process in the telecom industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a resourceful and creative approach.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and driven work style.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business engagements.
