SENIOR TECHNICIAN APPLICATIONS SUPPORT (JOB NUMBER: 2211GFSO13118)

**About the job**
- Support on Fresh Flows team is looking for an Applications Support Specialist to join the team in charge of the Maintenance and Administration of the Accounting Interpreter Layer (EIR) between business information system and finance information system, reporting functionally and hierarchically to the Team Leader

**Your main activities are**
- Ensure end user support (Back Office, Finance teams, Business units) to resolve production issues
- Follow-up on production monitoring, incident management, and prepare incident dashboards
- Monitor business accounting entries, analyse rejects and inform businesses
- Ensure system administration and maintenance (rules management, data dictionary management, set up of the accounting and non-accounting flows )
- Work closely with central IT teams on production monitoring and incidents management
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computing / computer sciences
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge on IBM Mainframe + JCL is a plus
- Experience with Power BI and KPI’s production and analysis is a plus
- Previous experience on Production environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Great English communication skills, both oral & written
- French is a plus
- Excellent attention to details
- Customer orientation skills
- Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a multicultural fast changing and demanding environment
- At ease with multi-tasking
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills
