Our client is based in France and it has a work focus on exploiting unused surfaces by installing solar panels and

exploiting the potential of green and local energy. The Company is characterized as an ESCO - Energy Services Company

that offers solutions for reduction, conservation, infrastructure proposals, and energy generation and supply.

As part of its development in Europe, our client is looking for a Sales Manager for the Portuguese market. Under the

responsibility of the Iberia Sales Manager and in regular contact with the country manager, you support the

development of the company and the realization of energy projects in Portugal. Likewise, you will have strong support

from Europe and corporate teams, in for technical analysis and offers preparation.

**General Description**:
We are hiring a Sales Manager who will be part of a team of professionals with experience in the photovoltaic sector

and a business background in sales in the area of renewable energy, solar PV, energy efficiency and electrical

engineering.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Analyse market opportunities.
- Develop and implement a local business strategy and co-define the business action plan in line with the overall

strategy.
- Build an ecosystem of partners: business advisors, EPC, and solar PV construction companies.
- Develop the client portfolio and network of contacts.
- Ensure management, follow-up, and establishment of long-term client relationships.
- Be proactive with customers to support them, meet them regularly.
- Lead definition and writing of commercial offers and develop proposals, with the help of the technical and

financial teams, including business plan.
- Participate in local events (trade shows, professional organizations, etc.) as a representative of the Company.
- You can count on the external and internal resources available for the development of your projects.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Business experience in sales (3-5 years) in renewable energy, solar PV and energy efficiency.
- Good knowledge of the Portuguese business landscape in PV.

- Good relationship skills, strong professional network.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to generate leads and contact prospects.
- Organization, motivation, and proactivity.
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites (Madrid and potentially Paris)
- Language: Portuguese is a must, and good practice in English, and French is an advantage.
