With a talented and geographically dispersed team, we are leading the way in bringing blockchain technology to a wider audience, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager to help us expand our reach in Portugal.
As our next Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company and contributing to our mission of becoming leaders in the European blockchain market. With a proven track record of successful software sales and a strong understanding of the sales process, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds our targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients, including public administration (municipalities), medium and large companies, associations, and organizations (including political parties and trade unions)
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance
**Requirements**:
Proven track record of successful software sales, with experience selling to public administration, medium and large companies, associations, and organizations
Strong understanding of the software sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently
Fluent in Portuguese, with very good spoken and written English (C1)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
