**ENTRA A FAR PARTE DEL NOSTRO DINAMICO DIPARTIMENTO - REGULATORY OPERATIONS ITALY**

In qualità di Team Leader dell’unità AMU BCC VITA - interverrai su una o più aree della sicurezza finanziaria. Sarai responsabile per tutto il perimetro operativo del tuo team, assicurando che tutte le attività e richieste vengano gestite nel rispetto del quadro normativo di riferimento, delle tempistiche e delle procedure fornite. Farai parte di un team che opera in stretta collaborazione con la casa madre e le sue filiali, coltivando relazioni solide fondate sulla reciproca fiducia.

**LA TUA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM**:

- Garantire, dentro al perimetro operativo, il controllo del rischio e la qualità dei dispositivi di compliance in termini di sicurezza finanziaria e lotta contro il finanziamento del terrorismo;
- Assicurare la gestione del proprio team in linea con i valori del gruppo e i principi di gestione definiti;
- Assicurare l'organizzazione e la supervisione delle attività del team, verificare la qualità dei benefit, accompagnare lo sviluppo delle competenze dei dipendenti e garantire la padronanza da parte dei collaboratori, delle regole, degli strumenti, dei processi, delle istruzioni, ecc.
- Accompagnare l'evoluzione degli analisti/addetti compliance.
- Garantire il processo decisionale di compliance sulle questioni segnalate dal proprio team;
- Contribuire all'identificazione dei problemi riscontrati e alla loro escalation secondo le procedure definite;
- Partecipare all'attuazione dei controlli regolari, alla conformità delle operazioni effettuate e sostenere, in alcuni casi, i controlli di livello 1.

Dovrai anche:

- Garantire una gestione di prossimità verso il proprio team;
- Assicurare la gestione dei collaboratori relativamente a questioni inerenti al dipartimento di Risorse Umane;
- Garantire un ambiente lavorativo in cui tutti i dipendenti siano trattati con rispetto e dignità;
- Contribuire alla sicurezza aziendale e alla tutela della salute física e psicologica del personale.

**COME NOSTRO TEAM LEADER FLUENTE IN ITALIANO, RICHIEDIAMO**:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (obbligatoria);
- Diploma e/o laurea (preferenziale);
- Esperienza come team leader/manager
- Precedenti e simili esperienze lavorative saranno considerate un plus.

Completano il profilo:

- Buona leadership e capacità di gestione;
- Buona conoscenza delle applicazioni informatiche di base;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Buone skills interpersonali, con ottime doti relazionali e comunicative (scritte e orali);
- Approccio dinamico, flessibile e proattivo;
- Resilienza, impegno e dedizione al lavoro;
- Spiccata flessibilità ed attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
- Orientato al dettaglio ed ai risultati;
- Conoscenza base del funzionamento dei contratti assicurativi.
