Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our company.
Requirements:
1. In-depth understanding of Splunk (mandatory); Apache NiFi and Elastic (are a plus).
2. 1st and 2nd level support (mandatory): Ability to handle more complex requests independently.
3. Troubleshooting (mandatory): Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
4. Customer service: Providing excellent customer support and service quality.
5. Documentation: Accurate documentation of all requests and solutions.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with technicians and engineers to find solutions.
7. Continuing Education: Willingness to continuously train in the above technologies.
8. Incident management: Management and tracking of incidents and service requests.
9. Escalation processes: Knowledge of escalation routes and procedures.
10. Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
11. Process improvement: Contribution to process optimization and efficient operations.
