We're seeking a skilled Technical Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Growin. As a Technical Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all IT systems are running smoothly.

Job SummaryAs a Technical Service Desk Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolving hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Configuring and deploying new technology, including network setup and security measures
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents, issues, and resolutions
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to employee inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Developing and maintaining documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
To be successful as a Technical Service Desk Analyst, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or service desk role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Google Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
