We are currently looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team in the picturesque city of Porto, northern Portugal. Our ideal candidate is a German-speaking professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, following agreed-upon procedures. You will handle incoming calls, address each customer's issue effectively, and act as a liaison for private end customers and B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison for private end customers and B2B clients.
- Taking a proactive approach, offer and expand the product range to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure that services provided to customers meet contractually agreed performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attentively listen to customers' concerns and needs, demonstrating empathy and building relationships with customers.
- Maintain basic knowledge of products and/or services.
- Perform thorough and accurate work, including appropriate account notes as required.
- Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and company performance.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
- Answer customer inquiries by referring to published materials, secondary sources, or more experienced staff.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a secondary education and preferably three to six months of relevant experience. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should also be willing to work different shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary education and preferably three to six months of relevant experience.
- Polite and highly customer-oriented.
- Good computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, including flexibility and adaptability to change quickly.
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-productivity work environment.
- Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
- Demonstrating patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and behavior.
- Ability to work different shifts as needed.

Salary Estimate: €28,000 - €35,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
