At Linde Global Services, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll provide exceptional support to existing and new customers via phone, mail, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring timely maintenance of accurate data. You'll also manage channel requests and escalate complex issues to the relevant stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via multiple channels, resolving customer queries and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, adhering to company standards.
  • Manage and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams or individuals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of secondary school education (High School) is required for this role.
  • You must possess native-level proficiency in Dutch (C2) and English level B1 (preferably).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is necessary to fulfill this position.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in front-office or back-office roles, is highly desirable.
  • You should be able to communicate efficiently with customers via phone and email on a daily basis.

As a Customer Service Representative at Linde, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, estimated to be around €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This full-time position offers a standard weekly working schedule from 07:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs.
