Job Title: Polish Language Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

About Us:
Careerxtra specializes in connecting talented professionals with exceptional opportunities across Europe. We are currently seeking a customer-oriented Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product and service-related inquiries.
Handle and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions in the internal system.
Requirements:
Fluency in Polish (C1 level or higher).
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
