The Role

As a People Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing People strategies that support our company's growth and culture. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance. You will foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring our team can focus on delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with Senior Matter Experts to understand business needs and provide People support and guidance.
  2. Manage employee relations issues and provide effective solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
  3. Provide expert People advice and assistance on a full range of issues and practices, including salary benchmarking, overall compensation, Employee Relations, and engagement activities.
  4. Guide managers on compensation matters, including pay structure, benefits, and bonus schemes.
  5. Conduct performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting development plans.
  6. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  7. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  8. Analyze People metrics and provide insights to improve People practices and business outcomes.
  9. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations for multiple European locations.
  10. Coordinate a team of 5 Business Partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of People's best practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
