We're looking for a skilled Affiliate Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves prospecting, onboarding, and maintaining partnerships with affiliates in various spaces. As a team player, you'll work with our collaborative, fun, growth-oriented performance marketing team to drive results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage affiliate and influencer partnership relations via chat, email, and 1:1 meetings
- Explore and evaluate new partnerships to expand our partnership channel footprint
- Grow our partnership network through a cold outreach process, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, drafting contracts, and onboarding new influencers
- Execute promotional campaigns focused on driving partner activation
- Bring a process-oriented, analytical, and data-driven mindset to ensure downstream success of partnerships
- Identify opportunities for growing or accelerating performance using internal data
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or channel partner roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information into a coherent, data-driven narrative and present that narrative in a compelling way
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude that brings positive energy
- Comfortable working with a remote team
- A deep interest in digital marketing and performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies
- Comfortable with a 'learning while doing' approach to role-specific skills
- A natural curiosity and willingness to formulate and promote experiments to improve team performance and partner and customer experience
