Customer Support Role in Lisbon

Konecta Portugal, a global customer management solutions provider, is seeking a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative located in Lisbon.

This position involves handling inbound calls and emails from customers to deliver exceptional service quality.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone or email;
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in contact center roles, preferably in customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate level of Portuguese or English and French (advanced level both verbal and written);
  • Experience in call center or BPO environment required.

Benefits:

  • Full Time Offer: Monday to Saturday between 9am and 9pm;
  • Good Compensation Package;
  • Meal Allowance paid on Meal Card;
  • Tipo de oferta: Integral/Full-time.

Compensation Information: Our estimated salary for this role is around €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We strive to offer competitive compensation packages to our employees.
