Job Title: Portuguese Customer Support Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Portuguese Customer Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer support centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across various channels, including live chat, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues related to account setup, verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, and general guidance on navigating our platform.
- Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, providing exceptional service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, good typing and computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools. Previous experience in a customer service centre is an advantage, but not mandatory. Availability to work on rotational shifts is required.
Salary Conditions:
We offer a competitive salary, meal allowance, and health insurance. Our schedule is 24/7, with 40 hours of work per week, and 2 days off (rotative). We are looking for a full-time employee who will work on-site.
