About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Portuguese speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions for customer inquiries and issues related to account setup, verification, sign-in, financial matters, and technical problems.
  • Act as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes and improve service quality.
Requirements
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • B2 proficiency in English
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
