Customer Experience Specialist: Delivering Exceptional Service

Catawiki is a one-of-a-kind marketplace for buying and selling special objects. With over 75,000 unique items in auction each week, carefully curated by our passionate in-house experts, we offer an exciting opportunity to engage and delight our customers.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer queries are addressed and resolved in a timely and correct manner via diverse channels. You will mediate between customers and find solutions that work for both, fostering a positive experience and driving business growth.
You will be working closely with Sales and Experts as well as other departments to improve the overall Customer Experience. Your close customer contact will bring valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services.
This is who you are:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in speaking and writing skills in French and English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in a customer experience/service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center etc)
